How to Use

• To start: put mat with the rubber side down and the soft side up.
  When rolling up: place the foam tube perfectly centre on the side.
  When rolling up: make sure that - on the first turn - you roll the mat very tightly around the foam tube with both hands for the best result.
  When unrolling: assist the puzzle gently with your free hand and unroll slowly and in a controlled manner
  For maintenance: wipe the mat with a wet or damp cloth without soap
